ready to build your calm and fulfilling life?
Tired of asking yourself some combination of:
“Why am I so exhausted all the time?"
"Why does everyone else seem to have life figured out?"
"How do I stop overthinking everything?"
"I accomplished everything I was supposed to...why am I still unhappy?"
"Why is making friends as an adult so hard?"
"How do I create a life that actually feels good?"
Change is possible and you don’t have to do this alone! Whether you're navigating burnout, anxiety, major life transitions, stress from undergrad/graduate school, professional training (especially veterinary and health professionals), or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you build the life you desire.
The Pawsitive Therapy Approach
Briana GolobBriana Golob is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (FL) and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (MA) serving adult clients throughout both states via telehealth.
I believe that therapy isn't just about reducing symptoms.
It's about understanding yourself, building healthier relationships, developing confidence, and creating a life that actually feels fulfilling.
My goal isn't simply to help you feel better today, it's to help you build lasting change over time.
I primarily work with college students, professional students, and recent grads. I enjoy helping people reframe their tendencies for perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and self-esteem. I also enjoy supporting people coping with chronic health conditions.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I was an Academic Advisor for a public university and currently teach social work courses.
